Break and Shear
We have now added a new set of Standard Industrial machines to our line up of CNC processing. With our new shear we are able to process up to 10 foot, 3/8 '' sheets. Following that, our 12 foot, 250 ton press is able to knock out almost any order we throw at it.
Angle Line
Angle processing is made quick and efficient with our Peddinghaus angle line. With the ability to drill and punch simultaneously then shear the part at the exact length it makes completing your order quick and easy.
Beam Line
The newest addition to our shop is our Peddinghaus PCD-1100C Drill Line and Horizontal Saw. This machine allows us to process beams, tubes, channel, and more in less than half the time it normally would take. It allows us to drill, tap, mill and countersink holes as well as scribes piece marks and layout marks. It then cuts the part to the exact length and sends it down the line.
Plate Processing
Our plasma table allows us to process the most precise structural steel detail, Whether you need shear tabs, backing bars, stiffeners, or bigger items, our machinery can cut the smallest detail to some of the largest. All plate that is processed for your job is cleaned and accounted for to make sure upon receiving the product that it is the best quality possible.
